Only real reviews
We publish reviews from verified users only. No purchased testimonials, no invented names, no stock-photo customers. If you do not see many reviews here yet, that is why.
Verified means verified
A review gets the verified label only when it comes from an email address tied to an actual assessment, purchase, or inspector account.
Negative reviews stay up
We do not remove critical reviews. We respond to them and fix what they surface.
